Ramon Dino updates physique for Mr. Olympia title defense
Reigning Classic Physique champion fine-tunes shape in the US and Brazil to secure back-to-back titles

Bodybuilder Ramon Dino posted an update on his physique and has entered the final stretch of preparation to defend his title in the Classic Physique category at Mr. Olympia. The athlete is aiming for a back-to-back championship in the sport’s premier competition, which will take place from September 24 to 27 in Las Vegas, USA.
Preparation in the United States and Judging Assessment
During his prep, the Brazilian spent about three weeks in the United States, training daily in Florida alongside Derek Lunsford, the current Open category champion. In New York, Ramon also had his physique assessed by Steve Weinberger, the head judge of Mr. Olympia.
The judge praised the athlete’s physical condition and suggested only minor adjustments to his back pose and double biceps pose. According to Ramon, the positive feedback from the judge serves as motivation to stick with the strategy adopted with his team.
Weight Adjustment and Focus in the Final Stretch
Back in Brazil, the athlete is focused on gradually reducing weight to hit the 102 kg limit required by the Classic Physique category. His training is guided by coach Fabrício Pacholok, with support from posing coach André Pajé and nutritionist Chris Aceto.
In early September, the Brazilian will return to the United States to spend the final weeks in Tampa, following a strict routine of training, diet, and rest before heading to Las Vegas.
Tournament Schedule in Las Vegas
The Classic Physique category competition is scheduled for September 25, a Friday, as part of the event’s first day of competitions. Before stepping on stage, competitors will undergo measuring and weighing on the 23rd, followed by a press conference and fan meet-and-greet on the 24th.
