On August 3, 2026, the National School of Public Administration (Enap) released the new ranking of the Unified National Public Competition – second edition (CNU 2). The list shows 702 approved candidates, distributed among remaining and additional vacancies in the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).

New classification and number of vacancies

The new classification, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on July 31, lists 702 classified individuals. Of these, 242 occupy immediate remaining vacancies, while 460 are allocated to immediate additional vacancies.

Distribution between MGI and INSS

The vacancies are intended for the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS). The reclassification of candidates was carried out to refill the unfilled positions from previous CNU 2 calls and to meet the additional vacancies authorized by MGI.

Positions offered

For the Ministry of Management, the notice includes the position of technical-administrative analyst, which requires a higher education degree in any field. At INSS, the ranking covers the position of social security analyst in various specialties, including:

  • Social work
  • Physiotherapy
  • Psychology
  • Occupational therapy
  • Information technology
  • Engineering
  • Law
  • Accounting
  • Administration
  • Statistics

Calling criteria

The call strictly follows the order of scores, the availability of the waiting list, and the proportionality criteria of reserved slots (quotas). The selection process also observed the reservation of slots for Black people, people with disabilities, indigenous peoples, and quilombolas, as well as the gender parity mechanism adopted by MGI to ensure proportionality between women and men in the essay phases.

Procedures for those selected

Selected candidates must follow the procedures, deadlines, and other guidelines of the administrative calls for each position, as established in the notices and subsequent official communications.
