In the early hours of October 11, Larissa Rodrigues, 23, a baker, and Alan Tons, 26, a singer, were found shot dead inside their residence in QNM 22, Ceilândia. The crime sparked the mobilization of the family, who are now demanding answers from the authorities.

How the double homicide occurred

According to accounts from the family, the couple had returned from a show at a local bar around 2:30 a.m. on 10/10 and were preparing a meal when the shots were fired. A resident found the bodies and alerted the Federal District Military Police, who registered the incident report at the 15th Police Station (Ceilândia Centro).

Suspicion of a neighbor and history of violence

One victim was identified as Larissa Rodrigues de Paula, 24, and the other as Alan Tons. The investigation points to João Victor Rodrigues Alves de Oliveira, a neighbor who lived on the same lot, as the main suspect. Sources indicate that he had been reprimanded several times by the couple for assaulting his wife, which may have motivated the alleged revenge.

Turned in to police and denies involvement

João Victor went to the 15th Police Station accompanied by a lawyer and gave a statement, denying responsibility for the double homicide. Despite the denial, he remains the primary suspect and is at the disposal of the Federal District Civil Police investigation.

Family reaction and demand for justice

Vitória Rodrigues, Larissa's sister-in-law, reports that the family suspects a motive linked to a domestic violence complaint filed against the neighbor about a month ago. Larissa's aunt, Giumara Rodrigues, 51, describes the atmosphere of shock and grief in the family, who want the case clarified and the person responsible held accountable.

Police procedures and ongoing investigation

The Military Police found the couple lifeless around 9:30 a.m., and the Civil Police initiated the double homicide investigation. So far, there is no public information regarding possible altercations occurring in the early hours of the crime or the existence of other evidence linking the suspect to the shooting.
