A significant shift in weather conditions in São Paulo and the spread of instability across various parts of Brazil make the weather forecast one of the most searched topics. The São Paulo capital, after days of rain and mild temperatures, is preparing for a sharp rise in heat by the end of the week, while other Brazilian regions also observe important variations.

The weather change in São Paulo

After days of lower temperatures, the state of São Paulo is ready for the arrival of a warm air mass that will alter the climate. Although the coming days may still record cold, especially with isolated showers during the early morning, the end of this week will bring high temperatures to the capital and other São Paulo municipalities.

This Wednesday, 26 August, the São Paulo capital is expected to have temperatures between 15 °C and 21 °C. On Thursday, 27, the minimum will be 15 °C, with the maximum reaching 26 °C. Friday, 28, promises even more heat, with a minimum of 18 °C and a maximum of 32 °C in the capital. This warming will also be felt in the metropolitan area, along the coast and in the interior of the state, marking a new phase in the week with reduced cloudiness.

Details for Wednesday in the São Paulo capital

For Wednesday, 26, in São Paulo, the forecast indicates a cloudy day with a chance of drizzle in the morning. The sun should appear in the afternoon, but with a possibility of showers. At night, the expectation is more showers.

Humidity indices in the capital are expected to remain high, with minimum values above 50%. The action of a trough favors the formation of rain areas across a broader state range, with precipitation mainly affecting regions near the border with Paraná and eastern São Paulo sectors.

Rain and instability across Brazil

On Wednesday, 26, instability advances over different areas of the country. According to meteorology company Climatempo, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain in parts of the South, Southeast and Central‑West of Brazil.
