Robinho Jr. has been cleared by Santos to travel to Europe, where he will handle bureaucratic matters such as obtaining an Italian passport and arranging housing. The move has sparked interest from Spanish and Italian clubs, raising expectations of a deal within this window.

Robinho Jr and the trip to Europe

The 18‑year‑old forward is heading to Italy to regularise the documentation that will allow him to play as a local athlete, not counting as a foreign player. This status boosts his market value in Europe.

Loan deal proposed by Santos

The club intends to arrange a loan of Robinho Jr. for €500 k, roughly three million reais, on a one‑season contract. There is no intention to sell the player outright in this window.

Financial clauses of the agreement

At the end of the loan, Santos wants to set the player's transfer fee at €10 m, about sixty million reais. In addition, the proposal includes a performance‑bonus clause worth €3 m, roughly eighteen million reais.

Clubs interested in the negotiation

According to RTI Sport Agency, Sevilla of Spain appears as the most interested club, although it has not yet submitted an official offer. Rayo Vallecano, also Spanish, and Genoa of Italy are mentioned as other possible destinations.

Next steps and transfer deadline

Robinho Jr. missed the match against Mirassol last weekend and still has no set date to return to Santos. The club does not intend to negotiate the striker with Brazilian teams, focusing negotiations exclusively with European clubs. This season, the player featured in 13 games for Santos, scoring only in a friendly against União São João, and his last official appearance was on 21 July 2026, in a Copa Sudamericana win over Universidad Central of Venezuela.
