Luciana Gimenez reveals details of her new home in São Paulo

Luciana Gimenez, the TV host, settled into a 750 sqm triplex in São Paulo's south zone in 2020, during a period of personal changes. The property, which was already part of her condominium, was chosen for its open view of the Pinheiros River and the city.

Renovation and Architectural Project

The project involved architect Renan Altera, founder of Altera Arquitetura, who adapted the residence to a contemporary style, replacing the previous neoclassical decor with lighter and more functional environments. The project faced interruptions due to the pandemic, which temporarily halted factories.

“Floating House” and the View of the Pinheiros River

The connection to the landscape remains a highlight. The TV host calls the property a “floating house” because of the sense of freedom that the view of the Pinheiros River brings from high up in the building.
