Khadijah Haqq sues Bobby McCray for spousal and child support
The actress is seeking financial support and attorney's fees from the former NFL player

Actress Khadijah Haqq has filed a petition in a Los Angeles court demanding child support and spousal support from her ex-husband, former NFL player Bobby McCray. In the submitted documents, she reports that she has been covering the children's expenses and accumulating debt since the couple's separation.
The support request and court amounts
According to court documents obtained, Khadijah is requesting a monthly payment of $2,033 in spousal support, in addition to an amount of $100,000 to cover her attorney's fees. She is also asking the court to determine the exact amount the former athlete must pay in child support for their three children together: Christian, Celine, and Kapri.
Financial situation and current earnings
The actress detailed that her current income is sporadic and insufficient to maintain the standard of living the family had during their marriage. She mentioned earnings of $150,000 from a new Hulu reality TV series, as well as smaller amounts received for social media consulting and project appearances, for which she still incurred out-of-pocket expenses for hair and makeup.
Bobby McCray's financial situation
According to the records presented by Khadijah, Bobby McCray receives approximately $18,600 per month in social security, retirement, and disability payments following his time in the NFL. Furthermore, she points out that the former player has a private retirement fund valued at more than $765,000.
Debts and previous standard of living
The actress argues that she has had to resort to loans from friends and family, in addition to using credit cards, to manage basic household expenses. She emphasizes that her ex-husband has failed to provide consistent financial help since the end of their relationship and wants the court to consider the lifestyle the children previously had.
