Since the start of the 2026 general election campaign, the Electoral Justice system has already received 51,395 reports of irregular campaigning through the Pardal app, an electronic system created by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) to receive and log these occurrences.
How the Pardal app works
Pardal allows any citizen to submit information regarding potential violations of electoral laws, such as the misuse of public property, the dissemination of prohibited content, or other forms of campaigning that violate current regulations. Each report is cataloged and forwarded to the competent authorities for review.

The volume of registered complaints highlights the vigilance of the electorate and the TSE's role in monitoring the campaign.
