Leaders of organized Corinthians supporter groups went to the CT Joaquim Grava training center to demand explanations from the squad, coaching staff, and board following the recent elimination from the South American competition and the sequence of defeats in the national championship. The visit took place in the venue's press room with the presence of players, directors, and coach Fernando Diniz.

Visit to the training center

The group of fans was authorized to enter the training center to speak with part of the squad and demand explanations regarding the team's attitude in recent games. Participating in the meeting were interim president Osmar Stabile, executive director Marcelo Paz, football manager Julio Cesar, coach Fernando Diniz, and squad leaders such as Hugo Souza, Gustavo Henrique, Raniele, Rodrigo Garro, and Memphis Depay.

Demands directed at the squad

The most insistent demand was directed at players Rodrigo Garro and Memphis Depay, as well as president Osmar Stabile. The players were asked for more responsibility, commitment, seriousness, and effort on the pitch. Regarding Memphis, the fans expressed dissatisfaction with his recent performances, while the player acknowledged his mistakes and admitted the need to improve his performance. There were also questions regarding Garro's drop in form and the lack of collective improvement.

Complaints about management and internal atmosphere

For coach Fernando Diniz, the demand involved tactical evolution and improvement in the team's performance. President Osmar Stabile was asked for explanations regarding financial and administrative pending issues, as well as the fulfillment of promises made, with a warning that patience has reached its limit. During the accounts, the players pointed out everyday difficulties, but acknowledged that the problems do not justify the performance presented.

Feeling after the conversation

Organized supporter members reported that the conversation started in a harsh tone, but ended with the players venting and the perception of a heavy atmosphere and a bad climate inside the training ground. Despite the severe demand and concern about internal animosity, the group reinforced that the team needs to show an immediate change in attitude in the upcoming commitments of the season.
