The six numbers drawn were 05, 35, 36, 41, 43, and 48. No ticket in the country matched all six numbers, causing the jackpot to roll over once again. Caixa Econômica Federal reported that 28 bets matched five numbers (quina).
Four-number wins in the interior of Pernambuco
In the Agreste, Zona da Mata Sul, and Sertão regions of Pernambuco, 12 bettors matched four numbers and received R$ 1,322.81 each. The winning bets were distributed among Arcoverde (1), Caruaru (2), Catende (1), Floresta (1), Garanhuns (1), Jataúba (1), Lajedo (1), São José do Egito (1), Toritama (1), and Trindade (2).
Five-number match that almost won R$ 43 million in Santos
A single-ticket bet registered at Litoral Loterias, in the city of Santos, matched five of the six numbers, falling just one number short of the grand prize, estimated at R$ 43 million. The bettor received R$ 73,111.35 for the five-number match. In the same draw, 27 other bets in different states also matched five numbers.
How to play the Mega-Sena
The minimum bet costs R$ 6 and can be placed until 8:00 PM at any lottery outlet or online via the Loterias Caixa website and app. Digital syndicates are available until 8:30 PM, exclusively on the Loterias Online portal and app. Payment can be made via PIX, credit card, or internet banking, and players must be 18 years of age or older.
