From the official bulletin: From 21/09/2026 to 24/09/2026, a Hurricane/Typhoon > 74 mph (maximum wind speed of 287 km/h) POLO-26 was active in EastPacific. The cyclone affects these countries: Mexico (vulnerability Medium). Estimated population affected by category 1 (120 km/h) wind speeds or higher is 23941 .
