Atlético-GO hosts Botafogo-SP this Tuesday evening to wrap up Matchday 24 of the Brazilian Championship's Série B. The match takes place at the Antônio Accioly stadium in Goiânia, with kickoff scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

Team Standings

Atlético-GO has 33 points and is seeking a win in this head-to-head clash to get back into contention for the competition's G-6. The team enters the matchup following a three-game winless streak, having recorded draws against Náutico and Londrina, as well as a derby loss to Vila Nova.

On the other hand, Botafogo-SP sits in 14th place with 31 points and is on a three-match unbeaten run, boasting two consecutive victories and a recent draw against Criciúma. With a win, the team could climb up to four spots in the standings and move closer to the fight for a place in the G-6.

Atlético-GO Predicted Lineup

Head coach Roger Silva indicated during the week's training sessions that he may make two changes to the starting lineup. On the right wing, Henrique Freitas is expected to step in for Gustavo Maia, while in midfield Leandro Vilela is competing for a starting role in place of either Cristiano or Daniel Peixoto.

The probable lineup features Paulo Vítor, Warley, Adriano Martins, Junior Barreto, and Guilherme Lopes; Leandro Vilela, Daniel Peixoto (Cristiano), and Marrony; Henrique Freitas, Gustavo Coutinho, and Geovany Soares. The medical department lists Ewerthon as sidelined due to an ankle injury, while Adriano Martins, Bruno José, Gustavo Coutinho, and Natã Felipe are one yellow card away from suspension.

Botafogo-SP Predicted Lineup

Head coach Cláudio Tencati is expected to maintain the same starting lineup that began the match against Criciúma. The medical staff reports no new issues, with only the previous absences of Erik (muscle injury) and Carlão (Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury). Center-back Wallace has recovered from injury in time and is available.

The probable lineup includes Victor Souza; Gabriel Inocêncio, Ericson, Vilar, and Patrick Brey; Matheus Sales, Morelli, and Rafael Gava; Zé Hugo, Hygor, and Wesley Santos. The list of players at risk of suspension includes Rafael Gava, Márcio Maranhão, Kelvin, Pedrinho, and Felipe Vieira.
