Alcolumbre sends 6x1 work scale PEC to Senate CCJ
Proposal to end the 6x1 work scale has been forwarded to the Constitution and Justice Committee.
Senate President Davi Alcolumbre has forwarded the proposed constitutional amendment (PEC) that aims to end the 6x1 work scale to the Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ).
The referral of the matter took place on Friday afternoon (21). With this dispatch, the proposal regarding the change to the work scale will now be analyzed within the scope of the Legislative House's thematic committee.
The processing of constitutional amendment proposals in the Federal Senate initially goes through stages of procedural analysis, where constitutional, legal, and legislative technique aspects are verified before proceeding to subsequent deliberations outlined in the internal regulations.
