The internet, which today moves billions of messages, purchases, and services, has its origins in a US military project from the 1960s. What started as ARPANET, a computer network for sharing academic resources, evolved over six decades to 5G, the fifth generation of mobile communication that is already being implemented in Brazilian cities.
